I've got to say I am loving doing Circle challenges. Before the Circle, I would go weeks without playing with my Cricut. The challenges make me want to go in there and CREATE!! I really have so much fun and I've really stretched my Cricut wings, so to speak.
This week's challenge was based on a sketch. I don't know if I can post the sketch, but here is my take on it. I hope you enjoy it. My sweet hubby did.
I hope all the dad's out there had a great day!
Talk to you soon!

May Circle Challenge Imaginisce
I sprayed the torso with Green Maya Mist to give it a patined look. I cut a small hole in the bottom and glued a wooden birdhouse stand to the bottom for height. I used Go Scooter Go and Mushroom Fancy Imaginisce paper for the 48 little roses. LOVED the colors. I used a flower from Forever Young, which coincidentally was the cart that served as my inspiration for this project.
I then used the crown from Birthday Cakes, welded it to a rectangle from George and made 48 tiles for the skirt. I ran the base trough my sticker maker, put the top on it and dipped each tile in chunky glitter to as sparkle! (As if it needed more! LOL!)
Finally, I cut a rectangle from George with a little scalloped border welded to both of the long sides. I used a stamp from, who else but Imaginisce, and stamped in white pigment ink. When they dried, I put little orangy rhinestones in the center of the on the stamped images.
Oh yeah and guess who made the gorgeous rhinestones I used? You got it, Imaginisce!! Aren't they awesome? LOVE them!!
Here are a couple more pics! Thanks for looking!!
